- Little experience of working on the issue of HIV
- Unable to provide PF status to its employees

THREATS
- Being situated in a tribal district.
- Beaurocratic and political hurdles.
- Lack of sufficient funds.
- Negative mindset of government departments with respect to NGOs' credibility’s.
- Globalization and increasing role of the market is posing challenges for civil society efforts, Decentralization and participation of people in a meaningful manner.
Sustentative Area of Work Focus:
- a. Identification, Medication and rehabilitation of leprosy affected persons and their families, enabling them to lead a dignified life in the community.
- b. Identification, Medication and rehabilitation of Physically Disabled.
- c. Old age shelter cares to vulnerable destitute.
- d. To provide comprehensive mental health services to the Mentally Ill and Mentally retarded persons through CBR approach.
- e. Community based rehabilitation of all disabilities.
- f. Women's empowerment through vocational engagement in hand made paper factory and carpet weaving units.
- g. To provide primary education to all kind of disabled children on priority basis through inclusive education.
- h. Linking up with national trust to ensure rehabilitation and other legal benefits to persons with mental retardation, Autism, Cerebral palsy & multiple disabilities. SAMARTH
- i. Running a Mental retardation day care center to provide them various therapeutic services and respite care to multiple disabled children.
- j. Establishing human resource development center for conducting various training programmes on disability following community based rehabilitation mode.
